1. Definitions

2. Eligibility & Registration

Each individual may hold only one beto88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If beto88 detects duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus funds credited to those accounts will be forfeited. 3. Account Management

A monthly administrative fee of ₱100 may be deducted from the dormant account's balance until either the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account by logging in. Reactivation restores full account functionality.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

beto88 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your beto88 balance within seconds of transaction confirmation. 5. Withdrawals

Funds derived solely from the Member's own deposits — with no active bonus in play — are not subject to wagering requirements. beto88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds consistent with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on beto88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a Member's beto88 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal can be processed against those funds. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk, use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or collusion with other Members to generate artificial turnover — constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms. beto88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Uncompleted bonus amounts and any winnings attributable to them will be forfeited upon expiry. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms. beto88 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by beto88

beto88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where beto88 reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to beto88. In the event of termination for cause, any balance derived from bonus funds or suspicious activity may be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds will be returned following investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

13.2 Termination by Member

You may close your beto88 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method following completion of the standard withdrawal process.
